Pratt explained that he ended up using the amount to travel around the world and joked that he planned to buy a yacht before the money ran out. “It was kind of crazy for me,” he commented. “I never could have imagined that I would make that kind of money. And it all happened very quickly.” Growing up, Pratt lived modestly, so earning such a large amount of money was a huge achievement for him – he did not know how to cope with such a situation.

“When we were growing up, we never had money, no one taught me financial literacy,” he said. “I didn’t know what to do with money. It seemed like if I had money, I’d spend it immediately. It took me a long time to stop and realize, ‘Hmm, I’ve got to get smarter.’ should I do?” How to provide for myself and my family if I suddenly stop working? That’s why developing an understanding of finances became one of the stages of growing up in the future for me.”
